The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a chemical distribution organization, supporting hourly, professional, technical, and leadership roles across operations, sales, supply chain, logistics, safety, and corporate functions. This role acts as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers and serves as the HR representative throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support workforce growth while aligning with safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements specific to a chemical distribution environment.
