We look for an Executor. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining our tech talent pipeline. You’ll work with our recruitment to identify, engage and attract high-quality engineering talent across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, understands tech roles, and values quality over volume. The role is based in Ukraine with flexibility for remote work.

Requirements

2+ year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or research (tech is a big plus)
Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to candidates directly
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus; work is in English)

Responsibilities

Full Recruitment cycle for Tech candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
Collaborate closely with recruitment and account managers to support active hiring processes
Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in our ATS/CRM
Continuously improve sourcing strategies, tools, and workflows
