About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key support role within the Talent Acquisition and National Sales Teams to effectively guide new producers through hiring, onboarding, and training. They will work with senior sales leaders and external agency recruiters to make strategic sales hires. They will guide all new producers through onboarding and training to help them achieve their full performance potential. This role is part brand ambassador and part administrative professional; and will work in a high-touch executive recruiting and training capacity from application through day 90. The role will also demand an incredibly high attention to detail and strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, recruiting workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and hiring best practices
  • Experience partnering with external search firms, staffing agencies, or executive recruiting firms
  • Ability to influence and consult with hiring managers and senior business leaders throughout the recruiting process.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required, especially Excel and PowerPoint; preference for Power BI
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and demands with the ability to switch priorities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, highly organized, proactive and outcome-oriented
  • Ability to work independently, ask great questions and escalate concerns appropriately and promptly

Responsibilities

  • Add new hires to the sales team reports to track metrics and performance
  • Collaborate with finance and other teams to ensure metrics are accurate and data is up to date
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination and oversight for agency-supported recruiting searches, ensuring search firms adhere to established service levels, recruiting processes, candidate documentation standards, and communication expectations
  • Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipeline movement, and agency performance metrics, escalating concerns and recommendations as needed
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience across all searches
  • Support sales leaders to provide a smooth and efficient hiring, onboarding, and training process for new hires; including coordinating invites, sending assessments, opening requisitions, and producing offer documents
  • Acts as a concierge for candidates in a white glove approach through the hiring process
  • Tracks metrics and KPIs
  • Act as the concierge for the new hire to coordinate, plan, schedule, and track all training programs and training records, including evaluations and create processes as needed to ensure no gaps in the onboarding and training process
  • Coordinate with leaders, user provisioning, associated teams, and mentors before day 1 to set the new hire up for success including troubleshooting technical issues and questions and provide solutions
  • Execute consistent communication with the hire and sales leader before day 1 on what to expect from onboarding and training
  • Warmly welcome all new producers and give them a point of connection from Day 1
  • Support SMEs and leaders as part of national and regional events related to producer development
