About The Position

At XYZ Reality, we’ve created the world’s first engineering-grade Augmented Reality solution for construction. Our product—The Atom—is used on major projects worldwide to bring designs to life on-site. As we scale, we’re rapidly expanding our project delivery teams - we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to help make it happen. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to build hands-on experience in an in-house TA team. You’ll support hiring across our project delivery team who are on-site, using The Atom to ensure our client’s projects, predominantly Data Centres, are built on time with minimal mistakes. You’ll be hiring for a mix of levels from Graduate to Manager, working closely with the People team and hiring managers to keep processes running smoothly and hires moving quickly.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on engineering or construction roles
Strong organisation skills - you can manage multiple roles and priorities
Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end hiring for project delivery roles across the US and internationally
Screen candidates and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and feedback
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals
Keep candidates engaged with clear, timely communication
Maintain accurate data in our ATS (Ashby)
Continuously build pipelines for future hiring on upcoming projects
