Reporting to the TA Lead for Tech & Product, the TA Specialist supports recruitment operations for our Product teams, executing recruitment plans and managing the full-cycle hiring process for Product positions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while utilizing technology-enabled recruiting tools and maintaining strong communication with hiring managers and candidates. The TA Specialist delivers an effective candidate experience and supports business growth through efficient and organized recruitment execution. Will attend business-specific meetings as needed to understand business priorities, upcoming hiring needs, and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and CRM platforms
  • Experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or automated recruiting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions.
  • Gather position requirements and specifications from hiring managers and manage the overall recruitment funnel.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to present to hiring managers.
  • Utilize sourcing tools, Boolean search, and AI-powered candidate matching to identify qualified talent.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Use ATS systems to track candidate progress and maintain organized records throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Present qualified candidates, coordinate interview scheduling, manage offers, and provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Support hiring decisions with relevant candidate information.
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide timely updates on application status, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.
  • Utilize scheduling and communication tools to keep candidates informed and engaged from application through onboarding.
  • Effectively utilize the ATS, candidate management systems, and recruiting software to maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and manage workflows.
  • Support the team in leveraging technology tools to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate tracking.
