About The Position

We are currently seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist - Privileged to join our team. In this role, you will recruit for various commercial, federal, military and state contracts. You will work closely with a team of managers and other account team members to ensure successful contract execution and maintenance. This position is fully remote. This position is dependent on contract award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in recruiting C-level executives and Physicians.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the workforce solution industry.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding client-specific job requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with Physicians, healthcare professionals, and C-level executives to fulfill client expectations by hiring top talent.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet and exceed assigned staffing goals.
  • Draft and post job positions through various job boards.
  • Scout qualified candidates through research, cold calls and meet and greet activities.
  • Maintain current status on all recruiting assignments.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and/or training.
  • Able to communicate professionally with executive leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
