About The Position

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Generalist) to support the recruiting and talent acquisition team. This role will provide support throughout all stages of the full recruiting cycle for non-technical positions such as Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, and Operations. The successful individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a great candidate experience. This position is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA, and operates on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency or high-volume corporate recruiting environment; OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using an ATS system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Dice, etc.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
  • All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, and closing for non-technical roles.
  • Successfully manage 15+ active requisitions while maintaining high quality caliber new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create engaging job descriptions, define efficient recruitment strategies, and calibrate candidate and department needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and the use of various recruiting tools.
  • Serve as the candidate’s point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience with clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team throughout the offer and onboarding process.
  • Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity.
  • Assist with providing market and compensation analysis, as well as competitor insights, to guide decision making for job postings and offers.
  • Partner with Recruiting team members for project, process, and interview training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
