Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Preferably has prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Provide general office administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing correspondence, maintaining organized records, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs
- Handle multitasking effectively, working on scheduling, and coordinating timing, while meeting important deadlines.
- Manage recruiter calendars, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
- Organize and maintain recruitment materials such as job descriptions and internal resources, keeping files current and accessible
