About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of top of funnel candidate attraction. This is a contract position which includes developing and implementing complex sourcing strategies across multiple verticals including Technical, Non-Technical, and Operations. You will collaborate with Talent Partners and various departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure the organization’s talent attraction goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing in a staffing agency.
  • 2+ years of experience with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting across social media, crafting Boolean search strings, and email drip campaigns).
  • Hands-on experience managing talent pools and candidate pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive talent attraction strategies to improve recruiting efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, talent pipelines, and drive diversity sourcing strategies.
  • Interact with candidates across a variety of external channels including LinkedIn, HireEZ, Indeed, Handshake, and employee referrals.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and dedicated email drip campaigns.
  • Provide detailed monthly metrics to understand talent-sourcing best practices and market trends.
