About The Position

Megazone Cloud is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to be the engine behind our growth. This is a high-impact role designed for a junior professional who is eager to learn the ropes of technical recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment. You will partner directly with our Director of Talent to find the elite engineers and architects who will build our future. This isn't just about filling seats; it’s about talent mapping the ecosystem and mastering LinkedIn Recruiter alongside the latest AI-driven talent tools.

Requirements

  • Growth Mindset: A desire to be mentored and trained into a full-cycle Technical Recruiter or HR operations specialist

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or specialized AI sourcing tools.
  • Foundational familiarity with AI technology or Cloud ecosystems.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or a professional services/consulting environment.
  • A genuine interest in the tech industry; you should be eager to learn the nuances of our talent profiles. For example, understanding the different tech used by a Cloud Engineer (AWS, Terraform) vs. a Data Engineer (Databricks, Snowflake) vs. a Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET, React).

Responsibilities

  • Master the Stack: Own our sourcing workflow using Ashby (CRM/ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various AI sourcing tools to identify top-tier talent at scale.
  • Outbound & Engagement: Execute high-volume, personalized outreach for various internal technical practices, pivoting between specialized skill sets as business needs evolve.
  • Talent Mapping: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify where the best talent is hiding and provide competitive intelligence to drive decision making and pipeline refinement.
  • Operational & HR Support: Act as a "force multiplier" by managing interview scheduling and assisting the VP of HR with administrative onboarding tasks and paperwork as needed.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate hired or not has an exceptional experience with our brand.
