About The Position

Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and engage with qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This role involves using job boards, social media, networking, and sourcing tools to find potential candidates, conducting initial outreach and screening, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the recruitment process. Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role, as are excellent time management skills. This is an onsite position, located out of one of our WI offices: Milwaukee, Brownsville, Lomira, Neenah, or Green Bay.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or previous experience in recruitment, with an emphasis on sourcing
Strong experience with LinkedIn is a MUST
Self motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
