About The Position

The Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer plays a critical role in driving company growth by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition recruiters and hiring teams to attract high-caliber industry talent. As part of a Global Talent Acquisition organization, this role focuses on proactive, strategic sourcing and market intelligence to build strong talent pipelines and support a wide range of business functions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Expert-level utilization of social media and online platforms for sourcing, including LinkedIn, Google search, and major job boards.
  • Established and robust talent network within relevant industries and functions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing proactive sourcing methodologies and using market intelligence tools such as Talent Neuron.
  • Proven ability to research and identify both passive and active candidates using advanced search techniques.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort working with Workday and other HR technologies in a recruiting context.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within large corporate environments, including high-volume sourcing and full-cycle recruitment, is a strong plus.
  • Combination of agency recruiting and corporate-level recruiting experience is ideal, demonstrating versatility across different recruiting models.
  • Ability to act as a culture ambassador and represent organizational values and employee experience to external talent.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Compensation to support holistic talent strategies.
  • Comfort participating in special projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring teams to understand talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence, and use this information to help shape effective staffing strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and business insight to influence hiring managers and recruiters in meeting hiring objectives and improving overall recruitment outcomes.
  • Act as an advisory member in Strategy Intake Meetings, contributing to sourcing strategy, talent profiles, and market feasibility for open roles.
  • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert, sharing best practices and knowledge that enable more effective hiring across teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor Consultant, Analyst, and Associate-level Talent Acquisition Sourcing team members by providing guidance, coaching, and SME-level knowledge.
  • Design, implement, and execute effective sourcing strategies, and recommend operational efficiencies to Global Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Utilize a broad range of hunting and sourcing skills to actively identify talent through various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital tools.
  • Attract top diverse industry talent and act as a culture ambassador, representing the organization’s values and employee experience to prospective candidates.
  • Identify candidates using creative sourcing methods such as Boolean searches, X-ray searching, competitive mapping, and outreach to an established network of prospective candidates.
  • Partner with cross-functional Talent Acquisition teams, including Recruiting, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Compensation, to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and candidate experience.
  • Leverage market intelligence tools, such as Talent Neuron, to support proactive sourcing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Research and identify both passive and active candidates, engaging them through thoughtful outreach and relationship-building.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned, contributing sourcing expertise and insights to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
