The role of the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is to drive the full spectrum of recruiting efforts and to fulfill the consulting staff people needs for the Los Angeles office, including candidate pipeline development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and converting candidates. This role will work with the Los Angeles Recruiting Partner (RP), local office and core school Recruiting Directors (RDs) and regional recruiting teams to lead and execute the annual recruiting pipeline across OneBCG, entry-level core business consulting (Associates and Consultants) from both campus and experienced hire pools for the Los Angeles office. This role will work with the Los Angeles Partners, Recruiting Directors (RDs), and the Talent Acquisition team to drive the development of the overall recruiting strategy for the Los Angeles office, the implementation of this strategy, and the management of day- to-day operations of the Los Angeles Talent Acquisition department. To the extent that the recruiting organizational structure and processes require change to ensure that these needs are met, the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist will suggest and implement those changes. This individual reports directly to the Los Angeles Talent Acquisition Senior Manager (TASM), but also works closely with the Recruiting Partner (RP), Recruiting Directors (RDs), and regional Talent Acquisition leadership.
