About The Position

Quick Roofing is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for sales representatives, canvassers, technicians, and other roles across all locations. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, decisive and timely decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining hiring standards and full compliance. This is a production-driven recruiting position that successfully balances speed, quality of hire, and an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, recruiting for sales, construction, roofing, or high-volume roles
  • Experience recruiting commission-based or field roles strongly preferred
  • Strong phone presence and ability to assess candidates efficiently
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roofing sales, canvassing, and operations roles
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, cold outreach, and local market pipelines
  • Maintain an active pipeline for ongoing and high-volume hiring needs
  • Partner with leadership to support hiring across multiple branches and markets
  • Conduct structured phone screens to assess experience, availability, motivation, and role fit
  • Evaluate candidates against defined minimum qualifications and hiring standards
  • Coordinate interviews with Sales Managers and Field Leadership
  • Provide timely hiring recommendations and move qualified candidates quickly through the process
  • Extend offers and clearly communicate compensation structures (base, draw, commission)
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks and compliance documentation
  • Support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and report on hiring metrics
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Sales Managers, Field Leaders, and HR
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and market challenges
  • Represent the company professionally to all candidates, while handling confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company standards
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records in the ATS or recruiting system
  • Ensure 100% compliance with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding requirements
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
