About The Position

Gen II Fund Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, where you will manage full-life cycle recruiting for our US Client Services and Corporate teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience demonstrating individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional talent.
  • Full-Life Cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offer negotiation.
  • Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software.
  • Ability to efficiently adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Functional Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using ATS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or similar industries is desired.
  • Agency and in-house recruiting experience is desired.
  • UKG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the full life-cycle recruitment for positions across the enterprise, including accounting/ finance and corporate related roles.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs.
  • Work to become a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, offering a consultative approach to candidate assessment, hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
  • Provide a first-rate candidate experience, ensuring that individuals clearly understand both the role and our value proposition.
  • Ensure data compliance with both legal and company regulations.
  • Track and leverage recruiting metrics to keep the business informed on key indicators like, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, recruiting funnel numbers, interviews per hire, etc.
  • Maintain regular recruiting reports and communication avenues to brief hiring managers of recruitment and sourcing developments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
