About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with hiring managers, key stakeholders, and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and develop, implement, and refine a well-rounded recruitment strategy that delivers quality candidates to assigned business units. This role is responsible for full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, and managing the offer process. A key focus will be on BWE’s Early Career talent strategy, serving as the primary recruiter and program manager for the Internship and Rotational Analyst Programs. This includes overseeing end-to-end execution such as sourcing, selection, onboarding, performance management, and conversion. The role also involves building an early career pipeline through strategic university partnerships, campus engagement, and targeted recruiting initiatives aligned with BWE’s talent and diversity priorities. For the Rotational Analyst Program, the partner will collaborate with business leaders to define rotations, learning objectives, and conversion criteria, while tracking program effectiveness through retention, performance, and conversion metrics. The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and implement comprehensive and targeted candidate attraction and development techniques to identify a high-quality, diverse candidate pool. They will cultivate strategic relationships and maintain frequent communication with hiring managers across all business units to understand needs and roles, advising, influencing, and challenging when necessary. Providing consultative feedback to deliver insights and solutions to achieve hiring goals and assist in selection decisions is crucial. Establishing credibility and fostering partnership among key stakeholders, and developing excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of hiring goals are essential. Identifying areas for continuous improvement and proactively delivering solutions, including full optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), is expected. Delivering a positive, consistent candidate experience through all talent acquisition touch points and enhancing the BWE brand is a priority. The role plays a pivotal part in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization and supporting BWE’s DEI initiatives through talent and community engagement. Maintaining or exceeding established KPIs, including time to fill, hiring target goals, quality of hire metrics, and hiring manager satisfaction scores, is required. Partnering with the Director of Talent on BWE’s Employer Brand strategy, contributing to the development and execution of campaigns that amplify BWE’s Employee Value Proposition across digital channels, campuses, and professional networks, and serving as an ambassador for the brand at recruiting events are key responsibilities. Collaboration with HR leadership to define, track, and report on key TA metrics (e.g., early career conversion, offer acceptance, source of hire, diversity pipeline, cost-per-hire), translating insights into actionable recommendations that inform workforce planning decisions, is also part of the role. Staying abreast of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to hiring, and ensuring recruitment practices adhere to legal standards, maintain equal opportunity employment practices, and prevent any form of discrimination during the hiring process are critical.
