This job is open to individuals in any country; we are remote friendly. We're looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine — sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of departments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven company
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and levels
  • Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can build rapport quickly and represent our brand with authenticity
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use them to drive decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude — you're a partner, not just a process manager

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in fintech, financial services, or a remote-first environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding hand-off
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive outreach, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content that attracts top-tier candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and culture fit
  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and report on hiring progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the broader People team to enhance the candidate experience and refine our employer brand
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process
  • Stay on top of talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in modern recruiting
