About The Position

As a Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner, you will leverage your networking abilities and execute innovative lead-generation strategies to discover and attract potential candidates for Helget. You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including evaluating, interviewing, assessing, and following up with applicants as well as onboarding new hires. As an essential part of our highly talented team, you'll be mentored by senior leaders and team members who will empower you to grow your recruiting responsibilities including establishing relationships and nurturing partnerships with leaders across the organization. Applicants must reside in the Omaha metro area. This role involves consistent in-person collaboration and is not available to fully remote candidates.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a candidate network through creative sourcing techniques (web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals).
  • Understand position needs and skills, examine job descriptions for accuracy and relevance, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, providing advice on networking and talent acquisition practices.
  • Conduct interviews and pre-screens of qualified candidates and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and/or update position descriptions for online postings.
  • Manage candidate and job information in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database and ensure timely administrative work.
