Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-growth, multi-location environment and/or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner consultatively with hiring leaders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Genuine passion for recruiting and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training, team meetings, or business needs (less than 10%).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior recruitment experience within the insurance or financial services industry, with an understanding of sector-specific roles and regulatory environments, is an asset.
  • Experience using ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to align hiring strategies with workforce plans and business priorities.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive and active candidates, building strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices aligned with employment legislation and corporate governance standards.
  • Manage recruitment activity within ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, etc.), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in quality of hire, time-to-fill, and process efficiency.
