About The Position

Cemen Tech Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner who is proactive and skilled in finding great people. This role is not about passively waiting for applicants but actively hunting for candidates, especially for hard-to-fill positions. The ideal candidate will build relationships, develop creative sourcing strategies, and identify individuals who can contribute to Cemen Tech's growth. This position offers the opportunity to partner directly with hiring managers and company leadership to understand workforce needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar role.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience with proactive candidate sourcing and passive candidate recruitment.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting technology.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of leadership.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute aggressive, creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Proactively hunt for candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, resume databases, networking, referrals, industry contacts, and other creative sources.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Make outbound calls, send direct messages, network, and develop relationships with potential candidates.
  • Represent Cemen Tech at career fairs, recruiting events, schools, trade organizations, and community events.
  • Develop recruiting campaigns and determine the best mix of job boards, social media, advertising, and direct sourcing.
  • Review and improve job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, applicant flow, and retention.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and help manage the recruiting budget.
  • Oversee onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Develop and distribute candidate experience surveys.
  • Assist with succession planning, internal promotion initiatives, retention efforts, and other HR projects.
