The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Frederick Health and Human Resources team to recruit diverse clinical and nonclinical talent throughout the organization. The TA Partner will handle the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, extending employment offers, coordinating pre-employment/new hire paperwork processing & engaging with new hires throughout the onboarding process. The TA Partner will coordinate and attend recruitment events on and off campus, representing Frederick Health. The TA Partner will communicate compensation, benefits, job descriptions and position requirements to applicants. Supports, and is responsible for incorporating into job performance, the Frederick Health (FH) mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FH Compliance Program, including following all regulatory requirements and the FH Standards of Behavior.
