groundcover is a fast-growing Series B startup delivering the industry’s most modern observability platform for cloud-native environments. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in our Boston site. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end recruiting focusing mostly on GTM roles maintaining speed, quality, and exceptional candidate experience at every stage. We are experiencing exciting, rapid growth, and this is a unique opportunity to truly make an impact and take part in building the engine that drives our Go-To-Market success and shaping our culture from the ground up. This is an onsite role in our Boston office.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles in high-growth SaaS or developer tools companies.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional GTM talent with the creative sourcing skills needed to find and engage hard-to-find candidates.
  • Be a People person. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to deliver an authentic, high-touch candidate experience and build trusted, strategic partnerships with hiring managers.
  • AI tools proficiency: hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve sourcing efficiency, research depth, and outreach personalization.
  • A data-driven approach, with experience tracking recruitment metrics and building pipeline reports to extract actionable insights and optimize hiring.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools - Comeet ATS experience is a plus.
  • In depth knowledge of US employment laws, comp & Ben benchmarks, ensuring our hiring practices are both competitive and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles, focus on GTM hiring.
  • Go beyond inbound - proactively map target companies, identify passive talent through communities, events, and non-obvious signals, and build pipelines that stay ahead of headcount plans.
  • Serve as the genuine face of the company, delivering an exceptional, transparent, and engaging experience for every candidate you interact with.
  • Work side-by-side with the hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Identify AI sourcing tools and technologies to improve talent discovery, research depth, and outreach personalization.
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics and use insights to continuously optimize the process.
  • Work closely with the global People team to share ideas, learn from each other, and help shape our talent strategy together.
