The Talent Acquisition Partner will attract, source, and recruit diverse talent across Signet Jewelers. This individual will partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to create robust strategies related to proactively sourcing, attracting, interviewing, assessing and recommending potential employees for Support Center roles. The TA Partner is an advisor, empowered to embrace an inclusive and diverse candidate pool for all positions. Additionally, this position is responsible for partnering with and consulting hiring authorities on all recruiting functions. Position Overview Joining at a pivotal moment of transformation, this role is the end-to-end owner of Finance & General and Administrative (G&A) talent acquisition outcomes. This position is based in Dallas, TX. The Talent Acquisition Partner is not a requisition processor. This is a full-cycle recruiting leader and strategic advisor responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent across the enterprise. You will partner directly with finance and corporate leaders to shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and drive decision velocity. From intake through offer, you will own the process and outcomes ensuring we bring in high-caliber talent that accelerates our business priorities. This role requires deep expertise in Finance & G&A recruiting, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate with urgency, precision, and influence.
