The Pond Guy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys solving hiring challenges, building strong relationships, and helping leaders build high-performing teams across a growing business. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization’s 14 unique departments while partnering directly with hiring managers to strengthen talent decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness. You will collaborate with department leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to develop hiring strategies, evaluate candidates, and drive strong hiring outcomes across the organization. The Pond Guy / Airmax, Inc. is the leading manufacturer and distributor of pond, lake, and water garden products—including aeration systems, fountains, and water treatments—to a nationwide network of end-users and Airmax dealers.
