About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, this role provides expert guidance on recruitment strategies, candidate assessment, employment branding, and market trends to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience supporting hiring managers in a corporate environment.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technology platforms.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.

  • CHRP designation or working toward designation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, interview guides, and candidate communications.
  • Prepare offers of employment in collaboration with People & Culture and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning, identify current and future talent needs, and manage approved requisitions from planning through to hire.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and external talent networks.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives through inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Promote internal mobility by proactively identifying and engaging internal candidates and collaborating with People, Capability, and business teams across global regions to maximize internal talent opportunities before pursuing external recruitment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, timelines, and market insights.
  • Support workforce planning discussions and succession planning initiatives as required.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand through recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Support initiatives that enhance talent attraction and employee value proposition messaging.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline activity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and tools.
