The partner will collaborate directly with technology leaders to shape hiring strategies, drive decision velocity, and ensure high-caliber talent is brought in to accelerate digital and business priorities. This role requires deep expertise in IT, Digital, and Marketing recruiting, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate with urgency, precision, and influence.
