About The Position

Our HRBP-Data TA team is responsible for the hiring delivery of Data, which leads AI and machine learning innovation, specializing in large-scale models for e-commerce, content discovery, and user experiences. Together with our business teams, we advance recommendation systems, search, computer vision, and more, creating intelligent, scalable solutions for the company's ecosystem. As we work toward our goals, we are looking for enthusiastic students to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Requirements

• Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
• Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s).

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
• Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs. Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
• Support hiring related project(s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
