This internship is designed for students pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, data analytics, and process optimization. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, this intern will contribute to enhancing efficiency, equity, and improving the overall experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. Complete an 8-week capstone project focused on improving the TA function through: Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using automation, AI, or other tools. Candidate Experience: Design surveys to assess communication, engagement, and transparency. Data Analytics: Conduct research, reporting, and analysis to deliver key insights into Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, client satisfaction, etc SOPs: Create tailored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our TA functions and business partners Other projects as assigned Program details: 8-week program from June 9 through August 11 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site at our New York Office or Orlando office. Compensation: $35.00 per hour
