About The Position

Sisterson & Co. LLP, a respected regional CPA firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a motivated and innovative candidate to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly with firmwide employees while reporting to the Director of Talent. The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain experience using various technical recruitment platforms, including applicant tracking and sourcing software. The intern will assist in supporting and implementing leadership development program initiatives and help plan and implement career-related events for new hires and on-campus recruiting. The internship program provides students with relevant practical experience in recruitment and retention functions through direct training, job shadowing, and networking. This position will begin no later than May 2026. Candidates must be available to work from May through August, with the possibility of an earlier start date as soon as March 2026. Some additional highlights of the program include: Outstanding Orientation & Onboarding Experience: The opportunity to learn about firm history and culture, the accounting industry, and talent operations. Time Commitment: Expected to work a minimum of 16–20 hours per week. Hands-On Experience: Gain exposure to the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, and assisting with onboarding presentations and career-related events. Professional Development: Explore opportunities in talent acquisition and retention, employer branding, and leadership programming at the college level. Mentorship & Support: Work with talent leaders and accounting professionals fostering growth and community. University Collaboration: Receive all necessary documentation to fulfill college internship credit requirements, tailored to your institution’s needs. Requirements

  • Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference given to those in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Human Services, or related fields.
  • Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior.
