As a Talent Acquisition Outreach Intern your primary role will be to support the Trade School Partnership Program. Additionally, you may participate in our nationwide Internship & Co-Op Program, LEAP, where you will have the opportunity to Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the company. In this full-time remote position, you will be supporting the Platforms & Services (P&S) Sector Talent Acquisition Outreach Team. This will be a remote position. Relocation will not be offered and housing is not provided. In this position you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Outreach Team and report to the Outreach Team Program Manager. You will work directly with candidates, talent acquisition leaders, hiring managers and others internal and external to our function. This position will have potential travel opportunities, including to Platforms & Services (P&S) Sector sites, universities, colleges, and trade schools.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Completed minimum of 65 credit hours
  • Must be able to work a full 40-hour work week
  • Solid computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, to include the ability to prepare professional business letters and memorandums
  • Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently under deadlines
  • Ability to perform entry-level human resources functions
  • Problem solving acuity
  • Sound professional judgment, business acumen, attention to detail, ability to plan and organize

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, compiling analytics, and supporting all team events
  • Gain exposure in developing and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Gain experience working side-by-side with various members of a dynamic Talent Acquisition Outreach Team
  • Support the recruiting pipeline, which includes assisting with resource status and needs, recruiting events and sourcing activities
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
  • Work on solving important business challenges within your respective team
  • Additional duties as assigned
