About The Position

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Summer 2026 Intern and gain firsthand experience in the full-cycle recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition in a supportive and collaborative environment. This internship is designed to provide a realistic job preview of the talent acquisition function, exposing you to sourcing, systems, data management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with our HR team on meaningful projects that directly support recruitment initiatives and strategies to attract and engage talent — while building foundational skills for a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Interest in recruiting, sourcing, and HR operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Support candidate sourcing efforts, including exposure to corporate sourcing strategies
  • Participate in job shadowing to gain a realistic, firsthand view of roles and responsibilities
  • Support CRM data management
  • Assist with reference check coordination and documentation
  • Support administrative recruiting responsibilities, including requisition updates and system maintenance
  • Support the Taleo Import Project, including adding LinkedIn project folders
  • Assist with GHR audits, with exposure to pay transparency requirements
  • Create and refine Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) to ensure recruitment processes are streamlined and effective
  • Utilize and refine Excel skills to track recruitment metrics and build insightful reports
