Job Overview: Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join us for Summer 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of strategic initiatives that shape our early career programs and recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent strategy, operations, and creating meaningful candidate experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with the TA team and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to both tactical and strategic aspects of recruitment.

Requirements

  • Currently a junior going into your senior year pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources business management or similar program
  • 3.3 GPA minimum
  • Interest in the financial services industry
  • Offer is contingent upon successful background screening and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill, SC
  • Ability to organize and analyze data
  • Organization and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative, analytical and strategic thinker
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance the Summer Internship Program experience, including intern engagement and capstone collaboration
  • Assist in optimizing interview processes and improving candidate experience across touchpoints
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a job description library to support hiring consistency and clarity
  • Participate in the rollout of new TA technologies and tools to streamline recruitment operations
  • Analyze recruitment data to uncover insights and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Help plan and execute fall campus recruitment strategies and events
  • Draft documents and research solutions that support HR initiatives around career development, talent management, and employer branding
  • Gain exposure to full-cycle project management and cross-functional collaboration while learning how enterprise business strategy connects to talent acquisition
