DESCRIPTION As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a critical role in building leadership talent across multiple business groups. This role focuses primarily on Director+ level hiring , partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver high-impact, full-cycle recruiting support that aligns with business priorities and long-term workforce planning. You'll operate as a trusted advisor in a complex, global environment—bringing structure, insight, and strong judgment to leadership hiring, while maintaining the agility to support individual contributor and management-level roles within technical or Go-To-Market functions as business needs or hiring volumes require. We are a global Talent Acquisition team that values partnership, data-informed decision-making, and thoughtful execution. This role is well-suited for a recruiter who thrives in senior-level searches, understands how to navigate ambiguity, and can flex across functions while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience within a global organization
  • Demonstrated success leading senior-level and leadership hiring (Director+) across multiple functions
  • Strong capability in proactively sourcing and engaging passive talent using a variety of channels and strategies
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders through data, market insight, and sound judgment
  • Data-informed approach with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and partnership skills, with the ability to operate effectively across levels and functions
  • Location: This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional in-person collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA

Responsibilities

  • Leadership Hiring & Full-Cycle Execution: Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Director+ roles across various business groups, balancing speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strategic Talent Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping define role scope, assess talent needs, and guide informed hiring decisions aligned to organizational goals.
  • Targeted Sourcing & Market Insight: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for senior-level talent, leveraging market intelligence and diverse channels to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Process & Interview Excellence: Partner with hiring teams to implement structured interview practices, support equitable evaluation, and drive strong alignment through the selection process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA peers to ensure consistency in leveling, compliance, and hiring practices across all supported roles.
  • Flexible Hiring Support: As needed, provide recruiting support for IC and people management roles within technical or GTM functions to help meet evolving business demands.
