About The Position
The Recruiter II will work collaboratively with hiring leaders, to continually develop and strengthen relationships with candidate pools and peer partners to deliver candidates for NFCU's hiring needs. With limited oversight, leverages various recruiting strategies and techniques to identify candidates and assemble a diverse pipeline of talent. Serve as an ambassador for NFCU by championing our culture to attract and engage candidates.
