The Specialist will support candidates with interview scheduling, documentation follow-up, guidance on licensure and immigration pathways, relocation planning, settlement preparation, and transition to employment in Canada. The role is centered on creating an outstanding candidate experience while keeping recruitment processes organized, efficient, and well-coordinated. The Specialist will work closely with internal and external partners, as well as candidates across multiple international regions and time zones, while operating within Canadian business hours. They will also help maintain clear workflows, internal guides, and candidate resources that create consistency across recruitment, relocation, settlement, and onboarding processes. The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist acts as a Medavie ambassador, strengthening the employer brand and ensuring every candidate experiences a professional, supportive, and well-organized transition into their new role.
