This role involves managing job postings, drafting offer letters, tracking candidate progress, ensuring I-9 and E-Verify compliance, processing hires in the UKG system, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and contractual hiring requirements. The specialist will also be responsible for generating reports, coordinating with the Onboarding team, identifying process improvements, and managing talent acquisition and HR inboxes.
