About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic, high-energy position with a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing TA departments. As a publicly traded hospitality leader, we require a professional who can blend corporate governance with fast-paced, high-volume field hiring. This role will design our recruitment roadmap, enhance our employment brand, and manage a team of TA Specialists to secure top hospitality talent, from corporate roles to field level staff. Key Responsibilities: Design & Execute TA Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive, scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth goals. Infrastructure & Process: Implement and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM, and sourcing tools to automate workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience. Employer Branding: Develop a strong, consistent employer brand to increase visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in the hospitality market. Reporting & Metrics: Establish, track, and analyze KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire, quality-of-hire) and present regular dashboards to department leadership. Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget, including third-party vendors, agency relationships, and job board spend. Full-Cycle Recruitment & Leadership: Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to drive hiring excellence. Executive & Corporate Hiring: Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized, corporate, and field level leadership positions. Field/High-Volume Support: Support high-volume recruiting for workforce hub openings, ensuring consistency in candidate experience. Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process. Strategic Partnership & Compliance: Hiring Manager Coaching: Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to forecast needs, define job competencies and provide interview training Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., EEO, I-9 compliance). Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Experience: o Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition (recruiting) role, with a strong background in building or transforming a TA department. o Proven experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, resorts) is highly preferred.. o Demonstrated success in implementing ATS, sourcing strategies, and improving hiring metrics. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). o Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and data visualization/reporting tools o Strong understanding of HR software and database applications. Soft Skills: o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills,. o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion. o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). Experience with other HR areas such as benefits administration, recruitment, or compensation analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition (recruiting) role, with a strong background in building or transforming a TA department.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, resorts) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing ATS, sourcing strategies, and improving hiring metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and data visualization/reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of HR software and database applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
