About The Position

Vantor is seeking a marketer to tell the story of working at Vantor, shaping how current and prospective employees understand the company, its work, and opportunities. This role bridges marketing and talent acquisition, focusing on developing clear, credible content and campaigns for target audiences, including those with technical skills or security clearances. While prior employer brand experience is not required, a background in brand marketing, content, integrated campaigns, or digital marketing is beneficial. The position involves developing and implementing employer brand campaigns, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Marketing partners, analyzing audience insights and channel performance, and planning campaigns across various channels like the careers site, social media, job advertising, and recruiting events. The role also includes creating content with employees and leaders, providing campaign materials for recruiters, tracking campaign activity and recruiting outcomes, managing projects, timelines, and vendor coordination within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and at least two years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience developing or delivering marketing campaigns or content for a defined audience.
  • Ability to write and edit clear content and coordinate input from multiple partners.
  • Experience reviewing campaign, audience, or channel data and using it to inform recommendations.
  • Must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or candidate experience.
  • Experience marketing to hard-to-reach talent audiences, ideally including security-cleared professionals.
  • Familiarity with cleared talent channels such as ClearanceJobs or ClearedJobs.Net.
  • Familiarity with recruitment advertising platforms such as Appcast, Joveo, Recruitics, or JobTarget.
  • Experience with paid campaign and measurement tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience marketing for a technical, business-to-business, government, defense, or aerospace organization.
  • Familiarity with talent marketing platforms such as Phenom, Beamery, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employer brand campaigns for defined talent audiences and hiring priorities.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and Marketing partners to understand hiring needs and shape campaign plans.
  • Review audience insights, channel performance, and partner feedback to inform campaign recommendations.
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels such as the careers site, social media, job advertising, email, and recruiting events.
  • Create and coordinate content with employees, leaders, and subject matter experts to explain Vantor’s work and employee experience.
  • Provide campaign materials and channel guidance that recruiters and hiring teams can use in their outreach.
  • Track campaign activity and recruiting outcomes, prepare performance updates, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Manage assigned projects, timelines, and vendor coordination within established plans and budgets.
