About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Market Lead for Texas is a critical field-facing leader responsible for building and scaling salaried talent pipelines to support rapid new market expansion. This role owns end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for salaried field positions across the Texas region, ensuring that each new location is staffed with high-quality leaders aligned to operational timelines. This individual will partner closely with the Market Directors, Operations, Field Marketing, and Training teams to deliver a seamless hiring and onboarding experience while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on salaried or field leadership hiring
  • Experience supporting high-growth, multi-unit, or new market expansion environments (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing recruiters or recruiting teams
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with Paradox preferred)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution skills
  • Strong collaborator who builds trust with cross-functional partners
  • Results-driven with a focus on both speed and quality of hire

  • Travel required, Ability and willingness to travel to locations support business needs within multiple markets in Texas

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all salaried field roles across the Texas market
  • Align hiring plans to new store opening timelines, ensuring roles are opened, tracked, and filled in advance of operational readiness
  • Partner with Senior Leadership and Stakeholders to understand evolving talent needs and proactively build pipelines
  • Track all upcoming new store openings and backwards plan hiring milestones
  • Ensure all salaried roles are filled in alignment with construction, training, and launch schedules
  • Maintain accurate visibility into hiring progress and risks
  • Oversee and manage recruiters (contract and full-time) supporting salaried hiring in Texas
  • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and ensure consistency in recruiting standards and candidate experience
  • Provide coaching and direction to ensure high productivity and quality of hire
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Marketing for employer brand and candidate attraction strategies
  • Partner with Area Training Partners to coordinate onboarding and orientation logistics
  • Partner closely with Operations leadership to proactively align on hiring needs tied to new store openings, ramp timelines, and ongoing staffing gaps
  • Drive a seamless, end-to-end candidate experience by managing the transition from interview through offer, hiring, and orientation.
  • Establish and lead weekly touchpoints with Operations Leaders to maintain strong alignment on staffing levels, hiring progress, and evolving workforce needs
  • Utilize the Paradox applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, communications, and hiring workflows
  • Ensure adherence to recruiting SOPs and standardized processes
  • Maintain and update internal development dashboards to reflect accurate hiring status and new hire data
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
  • Ensure timely communication, strong follow-through, and a high-touch approach
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance speed and quality
