Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and scale the company's talent acquisition function during a period of significant organizational growth, expansion, and transformation. This role will be responsible for managing an internal recruiting team, overseeing external recruiting partners, and building the processes, communication, and infrastructure necessary to attract and hire top talent efficiently and effectively. As the company continues to grow, integrate new teams, and expand its workforce, this individual will serve as the central point of coordination across all talent acquisition activities. The Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure recruiting resources are aligned to business priorities, hiring managers receive timely and consistent communication, and candidates experience a professional and engaging hiring process from initial contact through onboarding. This role requires a highly organized and results-oriented leader who can successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will bring experience supporting rapid growth organizations while leveraging best practices gained from larger, more mature companies. They will be responsible for implementing scalable recruiting processes, managing recruiting performance, optimizing external agency relationships, and creating visibility into hiring progress across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in helping the company achieve its growth objectives by building a high-performing recruiting function that delivers top talent, strengthens the employer brand, and ensures an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.

Requirements

  • 5 Years of Talent Acquisition Management Experience leading others
  • Experience with startup or high-growth environments
  • Hiring through acquisitions or organizational integration
  • Working with external search firms
  • Building recruiting processes and metrics from the ground up
  • Supporting workforce growth of several hundred to several thousand employees
