About The Position

Maiden Home is seeking a high potential Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and continuously improve their entire Hiring function. This role reports directly to the SVP of People & Performance and collaborates with leadership across the company to make effective hiring decisions. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building an in-house career in the HR/People space at a high-growth consumer brand. Over time, this person will also contribute to various Talent Development programs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Recruiting experience in highly dynamic and high-performing companies with increasing responsibility.
  • True passion and knack for finding and evaluating high-caliber people who fit open positions.
  • Experience with proactive market mapping for specialized and senior-level roles.
  • Demonstrated success in filling various complicated roles with a variety of business leaders.
  • Skilled at running and iterating on cross-functional processes.
  • Problem solver - ability to identify when something works/doesn’t work, and pivot accordingly.
  • Clear, direct communicator (written and verbal).
  • Strong project plan building and execution skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; performs tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Search firm, consumer and/or retail industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for luxury furniture is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and refine the Maiden Home Talent Acquisition function.
  • Lead the recruiting process for open roles from start to finish, improving hiring practices and helping the company make more aligned hires.
  • Conduct research and talent searches on LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify top-tier candidates for select high-priority roles.
  • Represent the Maiden Home employee brand professionally to the internal team and prospective candidates.
  • Establish and run a market mapping/proactive sourcing process for exploratory jobs.
  • Guide hiring managers and leaders in making effective hiring and talent decisions, including using hiring tools, iterating on profiles, providing advice on candidates, and making decisions on interview questions or projects.
  • Over time, work with the SVP of People on various People & Performance projects that enhance the employee experience and help the company succeed, such as Performance Reviews, Talent Programs, and Benefits initiatives.
