About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Evara Health’s talent acquisition function, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and hires qualified talent to meet current and future workforce needs. This hands-on leadership role oversees recruitment operations while maintaining an active requisition workload. The position supervises and develops recruitment staff, sets hiring priorities, strengthens hiring manager partnerships, and ensures a strong candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager also leads recruitment process improvements, employer branding, recruitment marketing, events, and talent pipeline partnerships. This role collaborates with People & Culture leadership, hiring managers, Medical Education, schools, and industry partners to develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with Evara Health’s workforce needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Minimum two (2) years of recruitment leadership, supervisory, team lead, or comparable talent acquisition leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple job types and levels, including clinical, professional, administrative and leadership positions.
  • This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

  • Minimum two (2) years of recruitment leadership, supervisory, team lead, or comparable talent acquisition leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers, establishing clear expectations and accountability throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintains regular communication regarding candidate pipelines, recruitment activity, and barriers, and partners with managers to develop solutions for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Advises and equips hiring managers with effective interviewing and selection practices, including structured interview guides and other job-related selection tools.
  • Builds and oversees talent pipeline strategies for high-volume, hard-to-fill, provider, leadership, and other strategically critical positions; monitors pipeline health and candidate engagement.
  • Partners with Evara Health’s Medical Education team, schools, professional organizations, and community partners to develop sustainable pipelines of healthcare talent.
  • Leads career fairs, interview events, networking activities, and other recruitment initiatives designed to generate qualified candidates.
  • Advances Evara Health’s employer brand and employment value proposition through recruitment marketing, social media, candidate communications, and other recruitment channels.
  • Monitors employer reputation and candidate feedback and develops strategies to strengthen Evara Health’s position as an employer of choice.
  • Establishes expectations and practices that support a timely, professional, and consistent candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding.
  • Develops, monitors, and reports recruitment metrics and key performance indicators, including requisition volume and aging, time-to-fill, pipeline activity, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.
  • Uses recruitment data and trends to identify barriers, prioritize resources, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and recommend improvements to leadership.
  • Ensures accurate and timely recruitment data, activity, and documentation are maintained within the applicant tracking system and other reporting tools.
  • Provides leadership, supervision, coaching, and development to assigned recruitment staff.
  • Establishes clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability for recruitment activities, service levels, and outcomes.
  • Fosters a collaborative, responsive, and results-oriented recruitment function while addressing escalated candidate and hiring-manager concerns.
