Specifically, we’re looking for someone who loves the challenge of finding and attracting business and technical consultants across strategy, execution, and delivery to drive impactful client outcomes. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of technical talent across our Data & Analytics, EPM, and Business Enablement practices. You'll partner with practice leaders to understand their needs, get creative with sourcing strategies, and deliver candidates who can do the technical work that sets Thought Logic apart. This is full-desk recruiting, but your real value will come from your ability to consistently identify, engage, and help hire technical professionals in a high-growth consulting environment.
