Talent Acquisition Manager

Thought Logic ConsultingBloomington, MN

About The Position

Thought Logic Consulting is a functionally led, digitally enabled consultancy that exists at the intersection of business transformation and technology innovation. We partner with clients to solve their most complex business problems, and we do it in a highly collaborative, local-market approach, giving clients senior-level attention and giving our consultants room to grow, lead, and build. We’re continuing to grow over here at Thought Logic, and we need the right talent acquisition specialist to help us scale. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who loves the challenge of finding and attracting business and technical consultants across strategy, execution, and delivery to drive impactful client outcomes. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of technical talent across our Data & Analytics, EPM, and Business Enablement practices. You'll partner with practice leaders to understand their needs, get creative with sourcing strategies, and deliver candidates who can do the technical work that sets Thought Logic apart. This is full-desk recruiting, but your real value will come from your ability to consistently identify, engage, and help hire technical professionals in a high-growth consulting environment. If you thrive on the hunt and love building relationships with candidates who have skills that are hard to find, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on hiring high‑caliber consultants and managing the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outreach to engage passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments; agency, RPO, or consulting recruiting experience is a big plus.
  • Genuine curiosity about technical roles and the willingness to learn enough to have credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Relationship-building skills that help you stand out in a crowded market and earn trust with technical talent.
  • Comfort with applicant tracking systems (Pinpoint experience is a bonus, but adaptability matters more).
  • A builder's mentality. You're energized by the opportunity to shape processes, not just follow them.
  • Ideas, energy, and a growth mindset that aligns with a firm that's moving fast and consistently growing.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions through creative outreach and relationship building.
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment across business enablement and technical capability areas, including data & analytics, EPM, cloud, and broader technology domains.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and every tool in your arsenal to find passive candidates where they live (GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical communities, industry events, and beyond).
  • Build genuine relationships with technical candidates and hiring managers by understanding the skills, certifications, and experience that matter.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our culture and values.
  • Partner with practice leaders to define role requirements, provide market intelligence, and refine hiring strategies based on what you're seeing in the market.
  • Bring fresh ideas and help build recruiting processes alongside leaders who are open to trying new approaches.
  • Track your pipeline, measure what's working, and continuously improve your sourcing and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the broader TA team to share insights, support cross-practice needs, and contribute to our growing talent function.

Benefits

  • Real influence over how we build and refine our talent acquisition approach.
  • Exposure to diverse technical hiring across multiple practice areas to become a true expert in technical recruiting.
  • A collaborative team and leadership that values your ideas and wants you to grow alongside the firm.
  • The chance to do work that directly impacts our ability to deliver for clients and build something meaningful.
