Requirements

  • Strategic Hiring Mindset: Align hiring with long-term organizational priorities
  • Sourcing Expertise: Strong ability to leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networks to attract diverse talent
  • Candidate Assessment: Skilled in structured interviews and evaluating role and culture fit
  • ATS & Tools: Experience with ATS platforms and tools like Google Workspace/MS Office
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track metrics, build dashboards, and derive actionable insights
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and advisory skills
  • Employer Branding: Ability to craft compelling narratives and hiring campaigns
  • Candidate Experience Focus: Commitment to inclusive, transparent, and engaging hiring journeys
  • Market Awareness: Understanding of talent trends, benchmarks, and hiring best practices
  • Process Efficiency: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • 4+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Translate business goals into actionable recruitment strategies
  • Forecast hiring timelines and identify potential talent gaps
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent
  • Own the complete hiring lifecycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding
  • Ensure timely closure of roles while maintaining quality benchmarks
  • Design structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role expectations and guide selection decisions
  • Develop diverse and high-quality talent pipelines using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networks, job portals)
  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines through networks, communities, and partnerships
  • Proactively source passive candidates, especially for niche roles
  • Build long-term talent communities for future hiring needs
  • Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers
  • Drive alignment on role expectations, candidate quality, and hiring timelines
  • Share regular hiring updates, insights, and dashboards with leadership
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey
  • Strengthen employer brand through communication, storytelling, and outreach
  • Represent the organization in hiring events, partnerships, and networks
  • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, conversion rates)
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring processes
  • Implement tools, systems, or best practices to increase efficiency
  • Ensures smooth candidate-to-employee transition
