Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or HR management.
- Prior experience recruiting for security, hospitality, logistics, or high-turnover industries is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Greenhouse) and MS Office.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a high-demand environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer extension.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and local networks.
- Partner with regional leadership to understand specific staffing needs and vacancy goals.
- Ensure a seamless transition from the interview stage to the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records within our Greenhouse ATS.
