About The Position

At Citizens, we're building a bank for the future, and that starts with hiring great people. This role will help strengthen how we attract, assess, and hire talent across our corporate functions, including Risk, Finance, Audit, Legal, and HR. This leader will work closely with talent advisors (recruiters), hiring managers, and business leaders to improve hiring outcomes, enhance the candidate experience, and bring new ideas, tools, and approaches into the recruiting process. This manager will also help shape the TA strategy on how the organization successfully attracts, assesses, and secures the very best talent as the market evolves. Talent Acquisition continues to evolve, and this role evolves with it- this person needs to be a strong talent acquisition practitioner with strong overall talent expertise, business acumen, innovation, change leadership, using data insights and emerging tech to improve business outcomes. This person will be excited by continuous improvement, staying on top of trends and new practices, and seeing teams thrive in new ways. This strong leader understands recruiting best practices, enjoys solving problems, uses data to guide decisions, and isn't afraid to challenge outdated ways of working.
