About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment function, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent. This role oversees recruiting processes, manages recruiting team members (if applicable), and partners with leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and labor market trends
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on metrics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • SHRM-CP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation)
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable hiring practices
  • Implement structured interview processes and selection criteria
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Partner with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Build workforce planning models and hiring forecasts
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking)
  • Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and recruiting coordinators
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide ongoing feedback
  • Allocate requisitions and manage workload distribution
  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., EEO, OFCCP if applicable)
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready recruiting practices
  • Partner with HR on background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Provide guidance on hiring best practices, market trends, and compensation insights
  • Facilitate effective communication throughout the hiring process
  • Perform other duties as assigned
