About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for North America, you will be responsible for driving business results across the region by attracting, identifying, and securing the best talent for North America. You will apply a modern, targeted recruiting approach, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and provide functional leadership to the regional Sourcing & Recruiting team. You will oversee all Talent Acquisition activities for the region, act as a strategic partner to the business, and continuously enhance processes, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruiter capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
  • Experience with modern Talent Acquisition tools & processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Project planning, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset
  • Social media and digital recruiting expertise

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc preferred
