This role owns the end-to-end recruitment strategy, processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently and effectively. The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a strategic partner to Leadership, providing insights through recruitment analytics, improving hiring processes, implementing scalable systems and tools, and enhancing the overall Candidate and Hiring Manager experience. This role plays a key part in building a high-performing, data-driven recruitment function, aligned with organizational goals and culture.
