About The Position

We are seeking an engaging and data-driven Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for leading and evolving the Organization’s Talent Acquisition function to support business growth and workforce planning objectives. This role owns the end-to-end recruitment strategy, processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently and effectively. The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a strategic partner to Leadership, providing insights through recruitment analytics, improving hiring processes, implementing scalable systems and tools, and enhancing the overall Candidate and Hiring Manager experience. This role plays a key part in building a high-performing, data-driven recruitment function, aligned with organizational goals and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, including experience developing recruitment strategies and processes
  • Experience implementing or managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • A strong understanding of recruitment analytics, reporting, and talent acquisition best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence leadership across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting high-growth or fast-paced environments is considered an asset
  • Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Knowledge of employer branding and talent market trends

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the organization’s full-cycle talent acquisition function, ensuring hiring processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to understand workforce planning needs, hiring priorities, and evolving talent gaps
  • Develop and execute proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across corporate, operational, technical, and leadership roles
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to reduce reliance on reactive hiring methods
  • Lead campus and early talent recruitment initiatives, including university, college and high school partnerships, co-op and internship programs, career fairs, and proactive outreach to emerging talent
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of recruitment systems and tools, including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to support the organization’s current and future growth
  • Establish, track, analyze, and report on key talent acquisition metrics
  • Design and maintain leadership-facing recruitment reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into hiring activity, pipeline health, recruitment performance, and workforce trends
  • Standardize and document end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Develop structured interview frameworks, evaluation tools, and hiring best practices to improve Hiring Manager effectiveness
  • Establish clear Hiring Manager expectations and accountability throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to reduce external recruitment spend through stronger internal sourcing capabilities
  • Provide recommendations and insights related to recruitment budgets, agency utilization, hiring tools, job board investments, and overall talent acquisition operational efficiency
  • Support and strengthen the organization’s employer brand and market presence as an employer of choice
  • Maintain awareness of labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable employment legislation, company policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement
  • Perform other related duties as required
