Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager for our Paramed division plays a critical leadership role in driving high‑volume hiring across multiple districts. This position oversees a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment targets are met while maintaining a high‑quality candidate and stakeholder experience. The Manager partners closely with district leadership, leverages Workday for data‑driven decision‑making, and provides regular reporting and presentations to senior leaders. This role is ideal for a strategic people leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment and is passionate about developing high‑performing teams. This role will require flexibility to travel to districts and our head office in Markham Ontario as required.
